Who we are
Stephen Harrison trading as AI Growth Systems. The person responsible for the personal information described here is Stephen Harrison, a sole trader. Our trader details are in our terms. You can contact us at info@aigrowthsystems.co.uk.
What we collect and why
When you take the AI Growth Assessment
- Your first name and email address, so we can send your assessment and reply to you.
- Your website address and your answers to the questions, so we can write your assessment.
- Which page or advert brought you here, so we know which of our marketing is useful.
We use this because you asked for the assessment, and because we have a legitimate interest in following up about it.
When you ask for marketing emails
If you tick the box, we send occasional emails about using AI in a business. We only do this with your consent, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
When you book a call or become a client
Your name, contact details, the time of your call, and the details needed to invoice you and deliver the work. We use this to carry out our agreement with you and to keep the records the law requires.
When you visit the site
We count page views in a way that doesn’t use cookies or identify you. If you accept the marketing cookie, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives information about your visit. See our cookies page.
How your assessment is written
Your instant assessment is written by an AI system from your answers and from public pages of your website. It is general guidance about where AI could help. It doesn’t make decisions about you, and you can ask a person to look at it by emailing us.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the companies that run the services we use, and only so they can provide those services:
- Cloudflare – website hosting, the database that stores your assessment, and the spam check on the form;
- Anthropic – the AI that writes your assessment from your answers and your public website, and that helps us review it and prepare a follow-up;
- xAI – the AI behind our own assistant, which checks for new assessments so we can follow up;
- Resend – sending your assessment and other emails;
- Calendly – booking calls;
- Stripe – taking payments. We never see your card details.
If we add an email newsletter or advertising measurement, we’ll name the company here first. Advertising measurement only ever runs if you accept the marketing cookie.
Some of these companies are based outside the UK. Where that is the case, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep assessment answers and results for 24 months, then delete them. We keep client and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email info@aigrowthsystems.co.uk and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
